Hello, I've had Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome for a very long time now and nothing has helped me. My Doctor thinks Bright light Therapy is the best treatment for what I have, but it does not work for me.
I usually go to be around 5-6 am and fall asleep by 7-8 am.
This Disease is killing me, any ideas?
