Ok so I recently had surgery for an inguinal hernia (about 2 months ago)
however after the surgery I noticed when I feel my scrotum I can feel a chunk of 'stuff' connected to my right testicle.... the left one is fine, but the right one seems to have this thick chunk of 'stuff' connected to it from above, I really dont know how to explain it and I have no clue what this is.... are my freaking intestines leaking into my nutsack?! help please
