My chronically stuffy nose has ruined my life and I am desperate need of help. When I think of how many years I have to live, I am almost overwhealmed. I am too tired and in too much discomfort to think about the future. Here are my symptoms:
-chronic stuffy nose(does not seem to be effected by allergy season)
-stuffiness increases after consumption of alcohol and possibly dairy and/or wheat
-lots of boogers and clear mucus
-pain in the face and around the eyes
-post nasal drip
-extreme fatigue
-feeling of weakness
-extreme fatigue and weakness after performing physical tasks

I've been to a number of EMT's and allergists and I've tried allergy shots, sinus rinses and flonase and nasonex but nothing seems to clear my nasal passages permanently. I've tried an elimination diet and I was off of dairy and wheat for about 2-3 weeks with minimal improvement. I think my body is reacting to something because I also have extreme fatigue and mental foginess. I can't remember the last time I felt healthy and alert. Actually, I have had a few moments of bliss after downing 5-6 cups of coffee, which helped me to feel energized and alive for a while. I am told that allergies are causing all this, but my symptoms are not worsened when I'm in a dusty environment or around cats(which I am extremely allergic to, according to a scratch test).

Please help, I feel like I am at the end of the road here with very little hope! Thank you all.
