I am 27 year old female and have had a persistent non-itching rash that only gets worse which started over a year and a half now. It started on my lower back as flat pale brownish red spots which initially are circular but cluster together and spread slowly in the beginning covering my back all the way to the thoracic region. As the areas of rash gets older they get more brown or red and up close look slightly dry. now they have spread to my abdomen as individual some the size of a dime some longer larger and more oval on my ribs, chest and upper arm. I don't know what is going on. does anyone have a clue, I am scared. I also have general fatigue that affects the quality of my life.
