Chronic Laryngitis, Nausea after eating, and general dizziness

I have had laryngitis for 8 weeks. I have now seen an IM doctor and an ENT. Both thought it was related to my GERD symptoms. They required me to raise the head of my bed (check), take Maalox on an empty stomach every night (check), add a humidifier (check) and put me on a Medrol Dose Pack.

Still have laryngitis after 2 months even after following orders. They have checked the larynx for nodes/growth etc. Nothing present.

Now, I am getting sick to my stomach every night after eating and can barely walk due to dizziness/lightheadedness. I am fit to be tied. Any ideas from anyone what could be going on?
