  • How's your diet? You may have developed food allergies, such as to wheat, or milk. Try eliminating foods, especially those you eat most often (do one at a time, so you know what you are working with). Do you drink diet drinks or much carbonated beverages? This can bring on kidney stones; also caffeine...need to eliminate, along with sugars. Personally, chicken and poultry cause me to have joint pains. If you are allergic to antibiotics, remember that many meats are fed antibiotics before procesing, and you may be ingesting them unknowingly, causing joint pains. If you have mold allergies, cheeses can cause joint pains too. Hope this helps. Marionstar
