Chronic Intermittent stomach pains

For about the last 2 years I have had intermittent, chronic stomach pains, usually associated with eating food. The pain lasts approximately 3 hours and I feel nauseous with a bloated stomach for about a week then will be ok for a month or so. I also have alternating constipation and diarrhoea, with mucus and blood in the stools. My stools also float!. I find that I get very tired, especially after a meal. Gallstones were ruled out today with an untrasound and blood tests show liver function is normal. Any ideas?
