i have a patient f/30 with complain of epigastric and lt.shoulder pain after meal since long time .taken many madicine from many consultant ,all her investigation are normal only positive finding on workup is submucosal patacheal hemorrhage in fundus and cardia found on uper gi endoscopy at time of acute episode what to do?

  • You must be thinking reflux with the timing, the pain is probably referred. Did you consider cardiac causes? Unlikely considering age, but possibly a steal syndrome. Only other thoughts are possibly Achalasia or Crohn's.Post when you figure it out if you don't mind. Do you have any more Hx? Like you have r/o gallbladder dz, right?
