I have been suffering from chronic fatigue for a little over a year now. At the time when I first noticed my fatigue, I was in my spring quarter of senior year of college so I was drinking almost every day, just having a great time. But for the past 6 months I hardly drink at all, yet still have really bad fatigue. I just feel empty inside. You ever try to make a fist when you first wake up in the morning and you lack that core strength to tighten your hand? That's what I feel like all day, however I am still able to function through my daily routines although strenuous.
I have also been having trouble sleeping, my blood pressure is high, and my heart seems to beat uncontrollably. I have been tested for sleep apnea, all the blood tests for thyroid etc, lung check up, but still no one can figure out what is wrong with me. Depression is a possibility I suppose, but I tried taking that for 4-5 weeks with no noticeable benefit. Does anyone have any experience with this or recommendations? ANYTHING would be unbelievably appreciated as it is really starting to get to me.
