My current symptoms are as follows: Inability to lose weight (have to starve my self or work out for hours to lose even 5 lbs.), irritability, chronic fatigue, lightheadedness, brittle nails, headaches, even if I sleep all night - I am tired upon waking, as though I haven't slept; most nights I wake up 3 or 4 times and can't fall back to sleep, chronic sinus infections and dry skin.
I have recently been diagnosed with vitamin D, B and iron deficiency. I have been taking supplements for well over 2 months and nothing has changed. In addition to these, I am currently taking a multi-vitamin, fish oil, calcium, vitamin c with rose hips and a glucosamine supplement with chrondroitin. I have been taking melatonin at night to try and sleep, but none of this is working. I have been on these additionals for over 6 months.
