I have a 11 year old daughter, 2 weeks ago she started having chest pain, I took to the ER they did a x ray and said she was ok. Last week it happened again. Said it was hard to breath and all that. They did blood work and said she had low potassium, and to take her to her DR in the am.
So I take her to the Dr. he did a EKG and that was fine, said she has chest trauma, he said he has not seen it and a Girl and not in a kid age 11. He said football players get this trauma from getting hit head on in the chest. My child said she was not hit and did not fall, Dr said she would have know if she was hit this hard it would have knocked her down and knocked the air out of her. He said he thinks there is a under lining cause???
That was last week, she has been so tired the last week, her legs hurt, over eating and her chest still hurts. Dr. said we would re check potassium.
