Child prone to high fevers and excessive sweating

My 4 year old son has always sweated more than the other kids, and whenever he gets a fever, it's out of control. It has gotten up to 106, and a cold will regularly make it 103-104. I am not sure if the 2 are connected, but it seems like it could be related to body temp regulation. Any ideas?

  • Has he ever undergone a surgery?Because if he's been on anesthetics they could've triggered malignant hyperthermia
