Hi there. I have been suffering from chest wall pain for 2 months now. I have seen the doctor about this and have had a chest x ray that was clear. I can relieve the chest wall pain by massaging the area. This is painful to do as the area is tender and at times I have pinched the skin so much that I have left bruising. The pain often moves around and has been present in my sides as well as the upper chest. Also it has been present in the lowest ribs. Oh and its nearly always symmetrical.

I have had a few dramas in my life in recent times. Dad died and now Mum has cancer too. Despite this I feel pretty calm. Doctor has suggested that pains may be caused by anxiety though as he can find nothing physically wrong with me. The other thing is the area around my eyes (eyelids and corners). They appear to be yellow brown in colour. Particularly in flash photographs. Does that sound crazy? I almost look dead in photos. Its very scary to see. Have been feeling lightheaded and a bit off the planet too. Unable to concentrate. In fact writing this is hard to do. Apologies for it being a bit all over the place. I have asked for a blood test and that will be done in a few days.

Any input would be so welcome. I am like many on here in need of a little help x

  • If no-one can help with the chest wall pain what about the yellow brown eyelids and around the eyes? Anyone had experience of this?
