i hope you can help me on this one.
Since early 07' i have started to get chest pains, it feels really tight on my leftside over my heart and randomly i get a sharp stabbing pain for a second then it dissapears. My left arm also feels a lot weaker....naturally i thought these were heart attack symptoms but alas im still alive i have been to the hospital a few times and they did an ecg and said my heart rate was high and abnormal but it could just be anxiety but it still happens, and it comes and go's randomly. My back also is pretty twisted and i try to crack it myself by swivelling from side to side and stretching but it doesnt work and it hurts alot. i have had physio but no chiro which im contemplating.
When my heart and chest hurts i get anxiety and it begins to race, im unsure as to whether this is to do with the condition or just my own mind set. These symptoms dissapear when i lay down at night and i wont have any heart or chest problems....is this related to my back being misaligned?
i also find i get a pulsating pulse in my left temple when these sympooms arise.
i eat randomly, and im pretty skinny and toned naturally but not fit at all, i dont exercise due to my natural sporty pysique but i think i might have high collestrol..
at the worst of times i almost cant work and feel i need to lie down or ill pass out and die from my severe chest/heart pain, also this is effected heavily if i drink coffee, even just one.
i had the same effect of racing heart, faintness, tightness and left arm pain from drinking just one cup of coffee and i had this similar effect when i use to smoke weed, but have since stopped due to fearing i would kill over from a heart attack.
so now i dont drink coffee or smoke weed and havent done for sometime, but these symptoms still arise...
are my back and chest and heart and arm all connected? should i worry? how come it is only tight over my heart area and not the other side?
hope you can help i dont know what else to do??
