I have been dealing with these symptoms since last fall... then they were infrequent... now they are every day... though not strong enough, I don't think? to make it a heart issue.... But nonetheless, affecting my life through the discomfort and accompanying lethargy. I do exercise every day, eat a very healthy diet, sleep 8 hours a night.... and just did a pulmonary check (I have asthma). Was told there to just take some additional xanax to calm what obviously was some kind of anxiety... I know my body well, and am concerned about the best path to investigate.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
