I'm posting this for my husband. Back in early April, he experienced severe chest pains, dizziness, shaking, so I took him to the ER. We live on a military base, which doesn't seem to help at all. When I took him there, his blood pressure was 179/105. He's 27 years old and a marine, so he's in good shape. His family does have a history of heart disease. Anyhow, they kept him for 15 hours, doing EKGs and that's about it. They released him and gave him Aspirin. He went in a week later for a cat scan, which the doc said that his chest was free of calcium. He's been to the same doc 2 times now and with no diagnosis but he still has the same symptoms. They originally said it was Anxiety attacks but he has no history and worries about anything (that's what i'm here for. :) ) They had given him anxiety meds but it made things a lot worst. The last time he went to the doc, she gave him prilosec, which again, it's not heartburn, and has not helped. We are looking into going to a different doctor off base, but we have so many questions unanswered. Any ideas would be helpful.
