I have been having right sided chest pains for months now. I first noticed it when I was in the shower washing my hair. When my arms are up I get this sharp chest pain. Sometimes the pain stays with me the rest of the day and flares up at random times throughout the day. I have been to the Dr. and she said that I had pheumonia, without doing any tests to confirm. I took the two weeks of meds that she gave me with no comfort. About two weeks later I went to the ER. They immediately started checking me for heart problems and blood clots. Everything came back normal for my heart, so the Dr.'s said it is probably acid reflux. I have had acid reflux so bad that it felt like a heart attack and I know this is not acid reflux. So I still have no real diagnosis and I am getting really frustrated with the medical system. I have no other issues except my weight but I think that is mostly my meds for depression and insomnia. If anyone has any ideas please let me hear them!:confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
