I sometimes have chest pain on the right side of my chest and very rarely on the left and middle of my chest. I've also been experiencing random muscle/joint pain. For no reason, my wrist and finger would start hurting/aching for no reason. And the twitches started before everything else about 3 weeks ago.

  • What kind of chest pain are you experiencing? Is it sharp, dull, does it come in waves does it radiate anywhere? I have mostly right sided chest pain that is difficult to deal with but seems to musculoskeletal. Make sure it is not your heart - consult a doc for sure, but explain your pain further, please.

  • I had excruciating pain in my right rib under my breast. It was not difficult to breath but painful because whatever was there was pressed on when I breathed in. It hurt to cough, sneeze, talk and move. This lasted a month but 2 weeks into it I went to the ER and found out it was costochondritis. Inflammation of the cartilage around the ribs. Look it up for more details. However I was checked out and tested for my liver and pancreas because they are in that area.
