Hello, my name is Michelle and I am a healthy 24yr female besides the fact that I had a VSD repair and patch placed when I was 2yrs old. This morning after sitting and eating breakfast I leaned into the dishwasher to place a plate inside and my right side of my chest was tight and painful along with my right arm tingling and being numb on/off... the arm numbness started the day prior and I still have it, the chest pain and tightness only stayed for about 2yrs and then left... I would have gone to urgent care, but like many I am uninsured.. thankfully only for 3 months and then I will have insurance and run to see a cardiologist, but should I be worried or take action before then ? hopefully it does not return. Thank you for any suggestions if you are a Doctor, or resident.
