I have been experiencing pain/aches in my upper chest that extends to my neck and shoulders at times..I have checked all my vitals with b/p being normal always...Yet at times those pains make me feel exhausted...Its not every day that I esperience this as it comes and goes without warning..I also have been having heartburn a lot lately and have been taking over the counter drugs to prevent this..I am a non smoker and there is no history of lung disease in the family..Is this something I should be worried over or maybe just something mild??

  • It is a little hard to judge without knowing anything about your age or your level of fitness. I would suggest that you got this checked out properly by your doctor. Although probably not likely, there is always the possibility of your heart being under strain for some reason (post viral or whatever) and ignoring the symptoms in this case would be unwise.
