At least, once a year, for the past 6-7 years, I have been getting chest cold,(in-lieu-of the common soar throat, which was usually the case, when I was getting cold). I am concerend if I am doing anything wrong attracting the chest cold, for tow or three times a year. I eat right, do not smoke, am naturally healthy, otherwise. (I am 60 years old, a fairly healthy person with exception of the chest cold issue, and also have low back pains, enlarged BPH--have to run to bathroom too frequently, and joint pains,...)
Regards, and Thanks, for your advice!
