I have bilateral pain on top of both feet radiating from the sides to half way across the foot on each side. It seems to be coming from the skin rather than the muscles or bones, but can't see anything wrong with them. The sensation is a stinging pain, worse with some movements, but touch does not provoke the pain. I have not injured them, and don't know why they are painful. Any ideas?
