Hello, never posted on this site so I'm not to sure what section this goes under but whatever.
Anyways, I started working at a kitchen in october of last year. Near December/January it became my job to clean the ovens. The thing is, I didn't start using a heavy duty mask until June to clean out the ovens with chemicals. It's not like I was breathing the chemicals in and I made sure that I tried not to but do you think its worth going to the doctor about or am I just being Paronoid?
