I'm 25 years old and I started getting symptoms last summer. I started to feel like I was losing energy over the course of a day because I wasn't eating at the right times and that made me feel irritable. A week ago, the same symptoms occurred again so I drank a couple cups of water and started eating breakfast on a daily basis to avoid these symptoms. Now drinking any carbonated beverages makes me sick so now I avoid these and only drink water. Yesterday I didn't eat much for breakfast and then I started feeling pressure in my head, trembling, weakness nausea and so I ate my lunch at the right time and I had to come home and try and sleep it off and that didn't really help much. I think salty foods and water help a little bit. And today I still feel like the pressure in my head is there like I'm getting sick but I'm not sure if that's the case. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I could have ??Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
