I'm 25 years old and I started getting symptoms last summer. I started to feel like I was losing energy over the course of a day because I wasn't eating at the right times and that made me feel irritable. A week ago, the same symptoms occurred again so I drank a couple cups of water and started eating breakfast on a daily basis to avoid these symptoms. Now drinking any carbonated beverages makes me sick so now I avoid these and only drink water. Yesterday I didn't eat much for breakfast and then I started feeling pressure in my head, trembling, weakness nausea and so I ate my lunch at the right time and I had to come home and try and sleep it off and that didn't really help much. I think salty foods and water help a little bit. And today I still feel like the pressure in my head is there like I'm getting sick but I'm not sure if that's the case. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I could have ??

  • irritability, loss of energy, trembling and finding that you need to eat at right times.. sounds like you are having problems with low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). I also feel nauseus and dizzy when mine drops. You may find you improve by eatting more frequently (smaller more frequent meals).. and make sure also that you dont miss at all your main meals.

  • Try a course of probiotics. One with acidiphulis and bifidobacterium in it, your intestinal flora may be out of balance which causes nausea especially after drinking sugary drinks. All good health food shops carry this.A course of worm tablets wouldn't hurt either. Regards
