Approx 8 mos ago i began notice a change in my urine and stool odor. I finally determined that what I am eating and drinking effects the smell. This was never the case before. I also have a pain in the upper right part of my abdomen just below the rib. I drink often-approx 4 glasses of wine per night plus a little more on weekends. Have been drinking for approx 15 years now. Could this be an ulcer or something more serious? I also have cramping sometimes in my lower abdomen which is not releaved until defacating. This pain lasts about 15-30 minutes and then subsides. Only happens 1-2 times per week. I have also noticed my urine has a bit of a foamy or cloudy component and there is small amounts of oily substance on the water after defacating. Any help, these things are kinda freakin me out. Thanks.
