has anyone else had problems with this pill?? i was on microgynon couple years ago but wanted to go back on pill and was still breastfeeding so they put me on femulen but i cudnt get on with that as periods were sooo heavy i cudnt go out 2 days a month as even with tampon and pad i was still bleeding so heavily i had to change every hour or so day and night, been on cerazette for about 5 months and tho periods are less painful and lighter they are going on for ages ...last month it was 9 days ,this month 11 days and still goin !! since being on mini pill ive developed boils under my armpits with lumps under the skin the size of walnuts that take 5 weeks+ to go and then leave nasty scars, last one took 6 weeks to go and then week later another one came up in same place, they dont burst just hurt like ***l and look awful i cant wear sleeveless tops ( am soo hot its summer) going to see nurse tomorrow for pill check and speak to her about it all, feel ok one minute then crying and upset for no reason the next, feel extremely tired all the time too, i mean i have 5 kids but the fatigue is often debilitating, i cant go back on microgyno as cant take pills with oestrogen as im on steroids for temporal arteritis a condition that usuaully only effects women over 70 and im 39!!! doc said hes never had to wrry about contraception for his patients with that.. as they are all over age for contraception, i dont fancy a coil or implants and know very little about injections and the side effects, am really fed up , my BF is away alot and having periods that are lasting so long is awful, seems im always on when hes home !!!! heard on other sites that cerazette causes depression and mood swings , and that you can bleed for days in first few months but surely not after about 5 mths, and some ppkl are lucky enuf to have no periods at all which is what doctor said wud happen to me probably but far from it !!!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
