Hey dentists...I have a question which I think I have the answer to. My first premolar on the right said has recently turned gray and is extremely painful. The most recent and scary thing I've found is that if I follow that tooth up into my gums where I'm guessing the nerve is, is all very sensitive to touch and it really hurts. The tooth also wiggles quite a bit. Root canal? I'm guessing so.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
