For a year now i have had problems with really bad shoulder slumping and my head is forward and i have severly poor posture causing me to have problems, i really have no tone in my back muscles and my chest muscles have pulled my back forward when i lay down on my back my chest caves in and my shoulders roll forward and it constricts my heart no matter how i lay i cant get any rest i wake up exhausted laying on my left side causes my heart to flip flop and beat fast if i lay on my right side my left shoulder falls forward over my chest, and the same thing happens when i wake up my heart is beating funny and im exhausted its been going on for a year and i am so exhausted i feel like my heart is going to give out has anyone ever experienced this ? what is it and what can i do . i do not have trouble falling asleep or anything but i wake up a lot needing to change positions to ease the feeling of constriction fall back asleep and wake up a while later needing to ease the constriction again all night long lately its been causing me to have pain and or pressure in my chest and sometimes left arm pain and intense physical exhaustion.
