hi my name is kyle and im 20 years old. now for the past 2 winters i have suffered wth the inability to sweat. yes my skin is semi dry but not very. now what is happening is when im around dry heat or in an area that is hot or even just very warm i become red all around my body and my skin will feel very hot not warm hot and i will get red dots that are not bumps though they are just red dots and my skin will become very itchy all over and i will feel as if im burning in a fire and its painfull..things i have done to help my problem is take antihystamins, drink lots of water and use lotion. things that have also semi helped is aliminate pop\soda fast food and drinking milk. i have also bin experimenting with taking anything to do with milk out of my system but have bin finding it very hard to but it has help quite abite but not that much. time period is only during the months from october till about april. note in the summer i am perfectly fine i can sweat no problem so if anybody knows or has any helpfull suggestions PLEASE leave a message thanks ever so much kyle

  • Fiber can help with this, Blaze.;):DI'm the opposite - I sweat too much, but sometimes not fast enough. I do find that I feel sick until I do sweat though - like every morning before I have a bowel movement I sweat. Some days I feel especially toxic and have to sit in a baking soda bath so that I can sweat faster. Do you feel sick when you can't sweat? I do, or more precisely, until I sweat to where it is dripping down my temples and the base of my skull. • no i dont get sick when my body is trying to sweat. and no its definatly not a fibre problem. i definatly get plenty of that. but yeah a hormone problem yeah its possibility. but now when it comes to the hormone problem y is it i can sweat in the summer but not the winter so i would say to the hormone part there has to be an A and a B to make a C which would be the problem but then how would in the summer there is no C so therefore if its a hormone problem its has to be a cause effecting my hormone to make a problem one thing that is weird about my condition if i go for a run and i battle the itching and the pain for about ten mins into my run it will then slowly go away and my body will sweat but very little, but now if i keep running everyday my body will start to sweat a lil more, but when im not running during the day all my episodes will still happen at it peak
