I have noticed that a lot of people have the same problem as me. My Problem started suddenly about 6 days ago and has not gotten any better and maybe somewhat worse. I feel as though i can not take deep breaths and that breathing is not satisfying. The more i think about it and try to breath the harder it gets and can sometimes get to the point where my chest hurts. It seems to worsen when i am sitting or laying down and especially at night when i am trying to sleep/ I have never experienced anything like this before. I have tried anti-stress and anti-anxiety meds but these have done nothing for my breathing. i have also been to the doctor and they have told me everything is fine. If yall have any suggestions for me that would be great, and for those of you who have experienced this same thing could you please tell me how you got over it?
