OK for months now I get these red spots in my mouth - they are like little petechial hemorrages. They don't hurt and they come and go within a day or two. I have been HIV tested and it was negative. I had a CBC - slightly anemic, and high neutrophils - I don't have any obvious bacterial infection going on. Bloodwork showed boarderline HYPOthyroid but I have increased metabolism. Has anyone has this before?? I saw someone on another site had the exact same symptoms but it was so long ago I have no way of asking them. Please help me!!
