Thanks for reading. I've had a chest congestion for 3 months or more now. It comes and goes. Matter of fact, a few times it seemed to have gone, then it came back again. Over the counter chest congestion medicine helps. I was checked for asbestos and all was clear. My phlegm seems to be a clear colour. I have no fever or headaches. Sometimes coughing up the phlegm is quite a task, then after a while when my lungs get cleared, I do manage to get a good nights sleep.
Would anybody know what could be the cause of congestion which last this long? Is this a serious thing or is it something that one shouldnt worry about? Your 2 cents would be appreciated...
