I recently had 3 blood test done but I don't understand the numbers. Can someone tell me if these are good numbers or bad? My vitamin B12 is 604 pg/mL My Copper is 152 mcg/dL My Zinc is 79 mcg/dL Does this mean I have a vitamin deficiency? My doctor just suggested I have more test done, like a brain scan to start off with,I have no insurance and would like to see if I might go a cheaper route and see if that works for me first.
