I've been experiencing this problem since last March. It just came on one day randomly, I was at work and all of a sudden I felt like I couldn't breath. I thought I was having an asthma attack, but I've never had one before even though I do have asthma. I went to my physician and he thought it was either A. Anxiety/panic attacks or B.A blod clot in my lungs.
The Anxiety pills didn't help any (I only took them for like 4 days).
I was seen by my ENT and she said it wasn't my asthma or anything wrong with my thoat.
I was seen by a lung specialist and had my lungs checked and my heart checked and both of those came back above normal so I'm fine there.
They now are starting me on Cetirizine and allergy shots because they gave me an allergy test and I'm allergic to everything lol.
Do you guys think that allergies are the culprit here? My breathing has gotten better since last March, but I haven't been able to work out in a year and that's bugging me to no end as I was an avid physical person.
