I have had this life long issue, and every time I bring it up to a physician they reply "thats very dangerous, be careful exercising".

Ever since I could remember, I have not been able to sweat! I have blacked out many times. When I exercise, I turn beet red and develope a excruciating migraine. This happens whether I am exercising at a slow or rapid pace. I would really like some advice on what I should do because I have been steadily gaining weight and am afraid to exercise because of how sick i get. I have adjusted my diet and tried everything. I need to be able to exercise to get myself healthy!

Any insight would be appreciated

I realize that they are a bit more expensive, but you have the water to constantly cool your body while you get a good workout.

  • Yoga holding positions can also be a good weight loss thing and build muscle too (which then uses more calories). To avoid sweating also make sure you stay cool during it. You may have to exercise in a start stop, start stop kind of way to avoid getting hot. I used to exercise in wet t-shirt to keep cool while exercising (I cant do aerobics) as I have medical condition which gets worst If I get hot or if I get physical................... (swimming does make people sweat ive found if heated pool). One can loose weight via diet alone if a correct for you diet is being done. (some need low carb diets, others a certain amount of calories). If a diet failed you.. try a completely different kind of diet. I myself put on weight from just eatting a banana as my body had an issue with carbs. Im unable to exercise but have lost a lot of weight throu a diet with almost no carbs which Ive now been on for 3 mths.
