I have had this life long issue, and every time I bring it up to a physician they reply "thats very dangerous, be careful exercising".
Ever since I could remember, I have not been able to sweat! I have blacked out many times. When I exercise, I turn beet red and develope a excruciating migraine. This happens whether I am exercising at a slow or rapid pace. I would really like some advice on what I should do because I have been steadily gaining weight and am afraid to exercise because of how sick i get. I have adjusted my diet and tried everything. I need to be able to exercise to get myself healthy!
Any insight would be appreciated
