I have an issue, i am becoming overweight and I want to exercise. The problem I face is everytime I exercise (even if at a fast rate) I do not sweat. This is how the body regulates temperature. Do to my lack of sweating, I end up severly overheated, feeling nauseous and having a migraine which is excruciating! I have tried everything....cutting calories, adjusting what i eat, drinking more water....nothing helps! I have had this overheating issue since I was a child...I have blacked out many times because of it. What could be causing this? Is there any way that I can get my body to sweat? Any advice would be appreciatedReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
