My daughter just turned 15 she has played in sports since she was 4. she plays soccer at a high level. In the last 2 years she has developed a burning in her calfs and lately it expands into her hamstrings. The more she runs the worse it gets. Its not cramps, its a burning. we have benn to 2 different dr's and we have been going to a physical therapist to learn all kinds of stretches, which she does religiously. No one stretches as much as she does. The dr's have no answers. All they did were x-rays. i asked them if she could have a circulation problem and they said no. When she did not do as much conditioning the problem tapered off, and she could play a whole game. Now with the extra conditioning -which she can't even finnish- 15 minutes into the game she cant even play becasue of the burning. Any answers out there?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
