Hi everyone, 1st time here and i checked the site for causes but none seem relevant as most causes had other symptoms that i don't have.

About 3 days ago i notice my left thumb was feeling warm or glowing. Then i realised this inner warmth in the thumb when i was near warm things.. well before the rest of my hand would feel anything. Then i picked up a coin and it felt like it was burning hot so i dropped it and picked it up with my other hand.... it was stone cold. Weird or wot?

Today it feels warm all the time... it's bearable but i dont think it will be if it get any warmer.

The heat sensation is always at the same area. In side of my left thumb around the middle joint.

There's no visual difference between my left thumb and my right thumb and i have no other symptoms that i'm aware of.

Wot should i do?

I was going to leave it a few more days and maybe see a doc next week if it doesnt go away but having read the possible causes it could be a major problem but i dont think it is.
