hey guyz! I am male, 22 years old and this has been bugging me for a while now.

Sometimes after a meal I notice a burning sensation in my left breast. It only cause slight discomfort and isn't delibitating or anything. And another thing is I have problem burping, since I don't exercise (haven't exercised in two months). I am pretty sure the two problems go hand in hand.

Could this be because of gas build up?
