Burning,numbness in feet intermittent

I've had all kinds of neurological tests for this problem with no answers.
I'm not Diabetic (Peripheral Neuropathy)
I just want to be able to sleep at night and can't due to this problem.
It only happens at night. PLEASE HELP!
