For the past 5 years I have not been able to find out what foods that I eat end up making my lymph nodes burn. It has something to do with sugar. I know that it can't be sugar itself because my body, (Well everyone's body) has glucose in it. However, it seems that most things I eat that have sugar make my lymph nodes burn. It becomes very painful and sometimes causes me difficulty in breathing (getting air down my wind pipe when I've eaten too much of something related to sugar).
On a possible unrelated allergy, I noticed that by drinking milk, I get arthritic.
