when I stand on my leg (left) for sometimes a hour, sometimes longer it begins to burning like made to the point where I just cannot stand any longer and have to sit for a while. It has been mind for some time (years), but now it is daily and severe! What could be the cause of this? I am turning 50 this year, and have been a smoker for 30 off and on.
