I have the same problem and I have discovered that the symptoms are decreased in the morning. I now think that was because I did not produce stomach acid during the night. I have a growing suspicion that acid is getting to my genital area. I have had major stomach surgery and thought I was leaking stomach acid into that area and it was relieved when I was lying down. It now seems to increase when I eat! I feel acid burned and I am now trying to take an antacid periodically to see if that relieves the symptoms. Doctors have been no help so far
