So I had a sebaceous cyst appear above my eyebrow around 2 weeks ago and I tried taking a needle to puncture it and remove it, only problem is the needle was not cleaned or new and that cause the cyst to get huge and about as big as a grape. I treated it with warm water and now its fine and unnoticeable but i still feel a little pus under there. Recently, I have been getting more of these cysts including one on my penis shaft (which from research, i heard is common) and one on my chin, both of them kinda small. I think that the infection I got from the first cyst is causing these other ones, what should I do to control this and prevent from getting more?

P.S. The cysts are soft and not red.
