Can you tell me, when I have a good laugh or sing (which I do a lot), I notice that I have a bulging vein on the right side of my neck (lower part of my neck). The vein is not noticeable when I am in my normal voice mode or talking regularly. The vein only appears if I am using my voice under more strenuous activity.
