Ok, here my story. A while ago, I had some bad heartburn. Then I toke some antacid pill/heartburn relief liquid med. But then I had this stuck feeling in my chest, so I toke more antacid pill which didn’t help. I tried baking soda and Chinese tea, but I think lemon water reliefs the stuck feeling. But lemon gave only temporary relief. I suspected my digestive was weaken because of too much antacid. So I went on a porridge diet for a while until my stomach regain strength. My stomach feel normal now and I been using this ginger tea which I feel make me feel better inside compared to lemon water which I can’t use on empty stomach before I sleep. But one problem still remains. Its these annoying bubbles that comes up when I leave my mouth open. I tried antacid and gas relief pill but they don’t work on this. Anyone got similar experience and found a solution to the bubbles?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
