I woke up this morning to see that the palm on my left hand had a slight brown discoloration to it. I though my hand was dirty so I smelled it, and there was a slight unpleasent odor, it wasn't bad just off. I washed my hands an later went swimming to return home and find that my hand was still brownish in color with the same smell, so I washed my hands again to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be? I cut myself on coral the other day and this is the only thing I can think of that could cause this.

Thanks for the feedback

  • The only thing I can think of might be hyperkeratosis. It is usually seen in people with psoriasis, and it does cause thickening as well ad pigmentation. Kiera
