Over the last two years (about 1 year after giving birth to my second child) my menstral cycle has been very irregular. Sometimes it will come every second week, or even last up to a month at a time. I have been put on several different birth control pills to try to regulate it, but nothing seems to work for very long. Yesterday I discovered that I have got a lump in my breast. Is it possible that these are related? I have got an appointment with my physician in a few weeks, but I don't know if I should go to a walk-in clinic or what else I should do.
