I am 28 years of age. I have a breast discharge from both breasts. It appears spontaneously throughout the day and is nearly always there in the morning and it usually appears simultaneously in both breasts. It is milky/yellowish. Mammogram is normal, prolactin normal, Fsh Lh hormones normal ,no excess oestrogen problem, periods regular. I don't take any medications either prescription or otc. I don't suffer from any other conditions/pains either abdominally or elsewhere. I do suffer from migraines, and have noticed that since giving up caffein the discharge seems to have halved and my migraines disappeared. I don't take soy products, don't drink/smoke and follow a healthy lifestyle, not pregnant and have never been. I have been referred to an endocrinologist but that will take ages. I have been talking to a naturopath and she seems to think it is a toxicity problem. My question is could this be a Toxins issue and is there any way I could find this out without having to wait months for an appointment as I already have this condition for over a year now. My doctor is quite useless which is probably why I have the condition for so long as when I first approached her she said it was normal.
