Hello, I have a big black spot on my lower right side hip with red bumps and such, it's bowel related it even fades sometimes with a good bowel movement, I have tried fiber and water everyday, milk of magnesia, magnesium citrate, it all helps some but even then it's hard to have a bowel movement and I never feel like I evacuate completely even with a bottle of magnesium I feel a knot inside my right side and like a water ballon swelling, I have bad constipation for years now even eating fiber one and salads all day doesn't help, the spot is on my lower hip and burns and itches, when I finally have a bowel movement the spot itches really bad for like 12-24 hours, the black spot has gotten larger about the size of my hand, I have swelling on my right hip also and a pain in my lower right abdomen, they can't figure it out, I think it's my appendix, chronic appendicitus but I can't get a single doctor to help me, had a colonoscopy, mri, and cat scan, it flares up more and everytime I seem to finally get my testing done it's not flairing up as badly. sometimes I have a yellow/green bowel movement or black, about once everyone two months, then I feel semi-great for 2 days then I get backed up again and it starts all over, the spot has been on my side now for like a year.
